Wing Second
Fighter Pilot 2 (FP2)
This pilot position can also be referred to as 'wing second', for if the wing leader becomes unable to command the wing or is killed it is up to
the FP2 to take command of the wing and complete the mission. Under normal conditions the FP2 reports directly to the FP1. If
the FP1 is unavailable then they would report directly to the CTO or the XO on the ship or base.
