This position is responsible for coordinating all attacks against any given enemy. They plan ground assaults against the enemy and are responsible for the defense of the base/ship. Using the base or ship weapons in conjunction with the soldiers in his squad, it is up to the CTO to take the information and orders of the commanding officer/s and turn them into a battle strategy.
The CTO is also responsable for delgating the mission objectives for the squadrons.
